THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kimuyu Musyimi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 4.07 hectares or thereabout, known as Machakos/Nguluni!1725, situate in the district of Machalcos, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate's Court at Kangundo in succession cause no. 9 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration and confirmation lof grant to Christina Waeni Kimuy (ID/7773337), and whereas the said Christina Waeni Kimuy has executed an application to be registered as proprietor and whereas the said land title deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and by transmission of letters of administration in the name of Christina Waeni Kimuy and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Kimuyu Musyimi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
