THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Macharia King'ori (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.461 hectares or thereabout, known as Kabaru Block 2/Mathina/111, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate's Court at Nyeri in succession cause no. 320 of 2017, has issued grant and letters of administration to Mary Wangechi Macharia, and whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7, and issue land title deed to the said Mary Wangechi Macharia, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Peter Macharia King'ori (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect, Dated the 19th February, 2021.
