WHEREAS Ndungu Njoroge (deceased), of P.O. Box 54, Ithanga in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.5 acres or thereabouts, known as Loc. 7/Chagaki/435, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas in the Senior Resident Magistrate's Court in succession cause no. 56 of 2007, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Beatrice Wanjiku Chomba (ID/0795885), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Beatrice Wanjiku Chomba (ID/0795885), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ndungu Njoroge (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. NOTICE No. 1655 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Samson Mwaura Wamwati (deceased), of P.O. Box 716, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.405 hectare or thereabouts, known as Loc. 5/Kagumoini/1734, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate's Court in succession cause no. 289 of 2004, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Njuguna Ng'ang'a (ID/2003176), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Njuguna Ng'ang'a (ID/2003176), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samson Mwaura Wamwati (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
