WHEREAS Wilson Mutia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kakuzi/Ithanga Gituamba Block 1/599, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate's Court at Murang'a in succession cause no. 410 of 2016. directed the name of Wilson Mutia be cancelled and replaced with that ot Beatrice K avenge Mutaka, and whet the land title deed issued earlier to Wilson Mutia has been repirted Missing or lost, notice is given that after 'he expiration of thirty (TirI) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period. I intend to dispense with the production of the said Iarni title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R. Box 212, Murang'a in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.101 hectare or thereabouts, known as Loc. 11/Maragi/2678, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate's Court at Murang'a in succession cause no. 200 of 1997, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Irene Wanja Kimani, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period. I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Irene Wanja Kimani and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Harrison Kimani Ngugi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
