WHEREAS Osodo Okumu Boniface, of P.O. Box 57, Siaya in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land situate in the district of Siaya, registered under title Nos. East Alego/Ulafu/909, Siaya/Karapul Ramba/2976, 4294, 1039, 3494, 1040, 1041 and East Alego/Karapul Ramba/4685, 4850, 4763, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
