REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mariam Mohamed Juma and (2) Abdul Hamid Mohamed Juma, as joint tenants, both of P.O. Box 99024-80107, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 0.09527 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. 1705/233/89, situate in Kilifi Town in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 28316/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
