They are, therefore, submitted to the Government Printer directly. (2) Legislative Supplement contains Rules and Regulations which are issued by the National or County Governments. Because of this, they must be submitted to the Government Printer through the office of the Attorney—General. (3) Bill Supplement contains Bills which are for introduction in the National Assembly, Senate or County Assemblies. (4) Act Supplement contains Acts passed by the National Assembly, Senate or County Assemblies. All "copy" submitted for publication should be prepared on one side of an A4 sheet no matter how small the Notice is, each page being numbered and should be typed with double spacing. Copy should be clear, legible and contain no alterations. Particular attention should be paid to the following points: (i) Signature must be supported by rubber—stamping or typing the name of the signatory in capital letters. (ii) Must be correct and filled in where necessary. (iii) Care should be taken to ensure that all headings to Notices and references to legislation are up to date and conform with the Revised Edition of the Laws of Kenya.
