REGULATION
PURSUANT to Standing Order No. 30 of the Nyandarua County
Assembly Standing Orders, it is notified for the information of the
Members of County Assembly of Nyandarua County and the general
public that a special sitting of the County Assembly shall be held in
the Assembly Chambers, Nyandarua, on Friday, 12th February, 2021,
from 2.30 p.m., and through the virtual platforms as shall be advised
for purposes of tabling the Finance Bill and any other business from
the House Business Committee.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUBSCRIBERS TO
THE KENYA GAZETTE
THE following notes are for the guidance of persons submitting "copy" for
inclusion in the Kenya Gazette, Supplement, etc.:
(I) The Kenya Gazette contains Notices of a general nature which do not
affect legislation. They are, therefore, submitted to the Government
Printer directly.
(2) Legislative Supplement contains Rules and Regulations which are
issued by the National or County Governments. Because of this, they
must be submitted to the Government Printer through the office of the
Attorney—General.
(3) Bill Supplement contains Bills which are for introduction in the
National Assembly, Senate or County Assemblies.
(4) Act Supplement contains Acts passed by the National Assembly,
Senate or County Assemblies.
All "copy" submitted for publication should be prepared on one side of an
A4 sheet no matter how small the Notice is, each page being numbered and
should be typed with double spacing. Copy should be clear, legible and contain
no alterations.
Particular attention should be paid to the following points:
(i) Signature must be supported by rubber—stamping or typing the name
of the signatory in capital letters.
(ii) Must be correct and filled in where necessary.
(iii) Care should be taken to ensure that all headings to Notices and
references to legislation are up to date and conform with the Revised
Edition of the Laws of Kenya.

A.30 (1) All communication for publication in the Kenya Gazette should
reach the Government Printer not later than Friday of the week before
publication is desired.
(2) A State Department will be required to meet the cost of advertising in the
Kenya Gazette.
It is emphasized that these notes are for guidance only, but it is requested
that persons submitting copy for publication first satisfy themselves that such
copy is complete in every respect.
