REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Johana Wainaina Muiruri (11)/4282302/67), of P.O.
Box 66, Kabazi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in
absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing
0.9700 and 0.7455 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of
Gatundu, registered under title Nos. Gilgil/Karunga Block 1/466 and
467, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to
show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is
given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I
shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been
received within that period.

WHEREAS Kiragu Munga Gacheru (ID/2946339), is registered as
proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land
containing 7.4 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of
Nyandarua, registered under title No. Nyandarua/Ndemi/162, and
whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land
title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the
expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new
land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that
period.
