NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th January, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 408, in Volume DI, Folio 20/222, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Musa Oduor Maduru (Guardian), of P.O. Box 360-00606, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Catherine Maduru, formerly known as Catherine Achieng, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Catherine Achieng and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Catherine Maduru, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Catherine Maduru only.
