NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 7th December, 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 382, in Volume B-13, Folio 2063/15696, File No. 1637, by our client, Dominic Kioko Tito (guardian), of P.O. Box 3060-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Samuel Muthui Kioko (minor), formerly known as. Samuel Muthini Kioko, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Samuel Muthini Kioko and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Samuel Muthui Kioko, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at ail times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Samuel Muthui Kioko only.
