COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above-mentioned development plans were on the 26th November, 2020, completed. The plans relate to land situate within Murang'a County. Copies of the part development plans as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the office of the County Director Urban and Regional Planning. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the office of the County Director, Urban and Regional Planning, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation or objection to the above development plans may send such representations or objection in writing to be received by the County Director, Urban and Regional Planning Office, P.O. Box 708-10200, Murang'a, within sixty (60) days from the date of this publication and any such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 26th November, 2020.
