REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Jasoda Virchand Nathoo, (2) Pramichand Virchand Shah, (3) Tsandrakant Virchand Shah, (4) Harsid Virchand Shah and (4) Mansukhlal Virchand Shah, all of P.O. Box 58, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 0.0697 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Nakuru Municipality Block 9/76, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the white card issued thereof has been lost and effort to trace it have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new white card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
