REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dupoto Farms Limited, of P.O. Box 73196-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as lessee of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 2522/III/MN, situate in the north of Mombasa Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 55243/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
