REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Williey Irungu Kanyugi, of P.O. Box 97039-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 0.0371 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. 11494/II/MN (Original No. 82/8), situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 51165/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
