COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above part developmen plans is complete. part development plans relate to sites situated within Kilifi County. Copies of the part development plans as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the County Physical Planning Office, Kilifi. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the County Physical Planning Office, Kilifi between 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above named part development plans may send such representation in writing to be received by the County Executive Committee Member for Lands, Energy, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development, P.O. Box 519, Kilifi, not later than sixty (60) days from the date of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 4th November, 2020.
