NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th December, 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 379, in Volume B-l3, Folio 2056/15635, File No. 1637, by our client, Vannesa Lyon, formerly known as Vanessa Lyon Micheal, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Vanessa Lyon Micheal, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Vannesa Lyon, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Vannesa Lyon only. Dated the 22nd December, 2020.
