NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th September, 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2637, in Volume DI, Folio 222/3716, File No. MMXX, by our client, Aziz Mohamed Pirak Baluch, of P.O. Box 72010-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Aziz alias Aziz Mohamed Pirack alias Aziz Mohamed P. Baluchi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Aziz alias Aziz Mohamed Pirack alias Aziz Mohamed P. Baluchi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Aziz Mohamed Pirak Baluch, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Aziz Mohamed Pirak Baluch only.
