REGISTRATION

WHEREAS BOC Kenya Limited, of P.O. Box 180W, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor s absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.1! hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Koibatek, registered r; -r Title No. Lembus/Kilombe/417, and whereas the land register/green card in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register/green card have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the green card under the provision of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
