REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jacob Laurien Pkemoi, of P.O. Box 180, Kapenguria in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, registered under title No. Uasin Gishu/Kimumu Settlement Scheme/2139, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is been lost/destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under the provision of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
