THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(No. 3 of 2012)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS (1) Susan Waruguru Njogu, (2) Charles Githemo
Wangatho and (3) Johnson Kiongo Njogu, all of P.O. Box 1551,
Karatina in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in
absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 2.116
and 0.61 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri,
registered under title Nos. Kirimukuyu/Thiu/559 and 715, respectively,
and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the
land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after
the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new
land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within
that period.
