APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 11 (1) (c) of the Fisheries Management and Development Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Co-operatives appoints— FRANCIS KUOGI MUTEGI (DR.) to be a member of the Board of the Kenya Fisheries Service, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 5th January, 2021 and revokes the appointment of Omar Boga*.
