IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 77 (1) (a) of the Co-operative Societies Act, the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Co-operatives appoints — MWATSAMA MJENI JANET (MS.) to be the Deputy Chairperson of the Co-operative Tribunal and revokes the appointment of Festus Terer*, with effect from the 5th January, 2021.
