APPOINTMENT

NOTICE is given that PonangipalIi Venkata Ramana Rao (PVP), of P.O. Box 51–00623, Nairobi in Kenya, has been appointed as an Administrator (―Administrator‖) of Mark Prime Properties Limited (Under Administration) (―the Company‖) effective the 26th March, 2021. Following the appointment, all the affairs and business of the company are being conducted by the Administrator. The powers of the Administrator extend to all assets and undertakings of the company. The powers of the directors in terms of dealing with the company’s assets ceased. Any party having a claim against the company to submit their claim in writing with relevant supporting documentation to the Administrator on or before the 26th day of April 2021 for consideration. The Administrator acts as an agent of the company without personal liability.
