NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 31st August, 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1641, in Volume DI, Folio 205/3530, File No. MMXX, by our client, Nancy Muringo Njeru, of P.O. Box 487– 10400, Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nancy Muringo Maina, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Nancy Muringo Maina and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nancy Muringo Njeru, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Nancy Muringo Njeru only.
