NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle reg. No. KAY 504Q Isuzu FRR, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle from the premises of Messrs. Peter Kimani t/a Shauri Moyo Garage, P.O. Box 18050–00100, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all accrued storage/handling charges and any other incidental costs plus the cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the same shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be used to defray all the accrued charges without any further reference to the owner or any interested party.
