GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3149

WHEREAS Njoka Gaciire alias Njoka Ngaciire (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Mbeere/Mutitu/474, situate in the district of Mbeere, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Siakago in succession cause no. 132 of 2019, has issued grant and letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Ngari Nguru, of P.O. Box 1031, Embu in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said Court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in respect of the said parcel of land registered in the name of Njoka Gaciire alias Njoka Ngaciire (deceased), and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of Ngari Nguru, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njoka Gaciire alias Njoka Ngaciire (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
