REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Salma Abubaker Edarus (as trustee for her minor children (1) Abubaker Malik Faiswal S. Alawy and (2) Ghazi Malik Faiswal S. Alawy), of P.O. Box 81402–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2238 acre or thereabouts, situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XXVI/5, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
