THE REGISTERED LAND. ACY (Cap. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Samson Mathengania Kibii, of P.O. Box 258, Sagana in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as- proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Kiine/Thigirichi/1237, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri, in civil suit No. 37 of 1994 has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Kamau Kamotho alias Gathitu Kamotho, and whereas the deputy registrar of the court has revoked the succession cause No. 125 of 1988 in respect of James Kamotho (deceased), and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered. proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense ‘with the cancellation of the said land title deed (Kiine/Thigirichi/1237}, and revert to the old land - title deed (Kiine/Thigirichi/382), in the same of Kamau Kamotho wias Gathitu Kamotho.
