THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT KISUMU IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTAW OF MANASON OGENDO BODO PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION Succssslox CAuss No. 213 oiz 1991 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of probate of the will of the above-named deceased, who died at Aga Khan Hospital, on 17th February , 1990, has been filed in this registry by (1) Walter Okonggo Ogendo and (2) Grace Akinyi Ajwang', both of P.O. Box 1661, Kisumu, in their respective capacities as an administrator and administratrix of the deceaxd's estate. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to thc making of the groposed grant are invited and must be Iodged in this registry wlthin thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant as prayed or to make such order (Cap. 151)
