THE SOCIAL HEALTH AUTHORITY IT IS notified for the general information of the public that, the Cabinet Secretary for Health has appointed a Transition Committee on the Social Health Authority to ensure seamless transition from the National Health Insurance Fund to the Social Health Authority. The Transition Committee shall comprise of the following members: Kap-Kirwok R. Jason – Chairperson Members Daniel Mwai (Dr.), Kipruto Chermusoi Chesang (Dr.), Jacinta N. Wasike (Dr.), Gladys Wambui Mburu, Stephen Kaboro Mbugua, Elizabeth N. Wangia (Dr.), Christopher Leparan Tialal, Jacob Otachi Orina (Dr.), Stanley Bii (Dr.), 1. The Terms of Reference of the Working Committee are to: (a) Develop a legal and institutional framework for the co- ordinated transition to the Social Health Authority while ensuring continued service delivery; (b) Develop, in accordance with the transitional provisions of the Social Health Insurance Act
