THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT MOMBASA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF SUDI MOHAMED HUDUM OF KISAUNI, MOMBASA PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE No. 125 OF 2004 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Barani Sub-location, on 10th February, 2003, has been filed in this registry by ( 1 ) Mariam Yusuf Ahmed and (2) Mohamed Sudi Mohamed, both of P.O.
