the Amalgamated Union of Kcnya Metal Workers- (i) to deduct every month the sums specified in the schedule in respect of trade union dues from the wages of his employees who are members of that trade union; (ii) to pay within ten (10) days of the date of deductfon the total sums deducted under item 1 of the schedule by crossed cheque made payable to the Amalgamated Union of Kenya Metal Workers into the union's account No. 0102*20288œ at Standard Chartered Bank, Moi Avenue, P.O. Box 72585. Nairobi; (iii) to pay within ten (10) days of the date of deduction the total sums deducted under item 2 of the schedule by crossed cheque made payable to the Central Organiza- tion of Trade Unions (K) into that organization's account No. 229-741-204 at the Kenya Commercial Bank, Moi Avenue, P.O. Box 484œ, Nairobi; (iv) to notify that trade union and the organization in writîng and within ope (1) month of the payment; (v) tp make written returns to the Registrar of Trade Unions within one (1) month of making all the payments to that trade union and to the organization. ' SCHSOULE Deductions (1) The sum equal to two and a half per cent (2l/a%) from the monthly consolidated wage of every employee. (2) The sum of ten (10) shillings from the wage of every employee.
