the general information of the public that the Cabinet Secretary for Devolution and Arid and Semi-Arid Lands has appointed a Multi-Agency Taskforce for establishment of a digital platform for provision of relief assistance which comprises: Philip Kiprono Tarus – Chairperson - Devolution and Arid and Semi - Arid Lands (ASALs) Members Ministry/Agency Jackson Njathi Mwangi – Devolution and ASALs Elizabeth Ouma – Devolution and ASALs Samuel K. Maiyo – Devolution and ASALs Hussein Jirma (Eng.) – National Drought Management Authority Peter Otieno – World Food Programme Stefanie Bitengo – Labour and Social Protection Nicholas Mac’Botongore – Labour and Social Protection Otieno Okitch – Interior and Co-ordination of National Government Christine Kiboi – Information, Communication and Technology Justus Kinanga – Information, Communication and Technology Joint Secretaries Vincent Matioli – Devolution and ASALs Simon Mwangi – World Food Programme 1. The Terms of Reference of the Taskforce shall be: (a) Undertake a comprehensive analysis in the country to identify vulnerable persons in need of relief assistance. (b) Identify agencies, actors and partners currently involved in provision of relief assistance and their mode of operation. (c) Examine existing laws, policies, regulations
